Cancellation & Modification Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this period or in the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay (or a specified percentage of the total booking amount) will be applied in accordance with the property’s policy.

Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and in all enclosed areas within the resort. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
